They include stakeholders at central and decentralised levels, help align activities in the countries, create synergies, avoid duplication and allow for efficiency of interventions with best results for beneficiaries at local level.   • We have been a trusted partner to the Millennium Challenge Corporation  (MCC) for more than 10 years. GOPA has implemented over 35 MCC projects and studies since 2009, and we currently have four active projects in sub-Saharan Africa – all focused on  results, impact, and value for money.
