April 24, 2019

The e-learning course has been elaborated in the frame of a KfW funded project with the Bank of Uganda and all regulated financial institutions as direct beneficiaries. While AFCI´s  team conducted a large number of class room trainings, workshops on the relevance of the Credit Reference System in Uganda, they  designed in parallel an E-learning course to ensure the knowledge transfer beyond the termination of the project.

The course has been designed for banking staff like loan officers, branch managers and bank employees who have to deal with credit reference issues on a daily basis. The overall object is to enhance the data utilization of the Credit Reference Bureau by all regulated financial institutions in their lending process. Therefore, the course covers topics such as “Introduction to the Credit Reference Bureau” or “CRB data and risk management” amongst other.
