He has successfully established and developed the group service units such as IT and Business Development and has played a significant role in shaping the group's professional business structures and systems. His relentless efforts have ensured that the group possesses not only state-of-the-art technology and innovative systems but also  an unwavering code of ethics. Thomas consistently emphasizes the importance of ethical values in all aspects of the business, starting with his own entrepreneurial understanding. Throughout his career, Thomas has demonstrated exceptional project management and organizational skills, liaising with clients and stakeholders, as well as conducting business process analyses with a focus on optimization. He has extensive experience in working on projects funded by prestigious organizations such as GIZ, KfW, EU, and the World Bank in the field of Development Aid. Additionally, Thomas has a strong background in IT, being fully computer literate and certified as a consultant in SAP R/3 material management and project systems.

With his expertise in project organization, administration, workshop moderation, and stakeholder coordination, he consistently delivers successful outcomes. Fluent in German, English, and French, Thomas possesses strong communication skills and has a deep understanding of international project coordination.
