Klaus Langschied is an accomplished expert in Energy and Heating Technology. He completed his studies at the prestigious University of Applied Sciences Giessen/Friedberg in Germany, earning both a bachelor's and an M.Sc. degree in Energy and Heating technologies. Upon finishing his education, Klaus embarked on a highly prosperous career in international consulting. He not only excelled in providing valuable guidance but also showcased his leadership skills by successfully managing multiple business units in renowned energy consulting firms. Additionally, he held a management position at a prominent German EPC company, overseeing the recruitment of power systems projects worldwide.

Since 2009, Klaus has been entrusted with our company's crucial Power Systems division. Recognizing his expertise and dedication, he was appointed as the Managing Director in 2012. As one of the founding members of Intec, Klaus Langschied has played an integral role in driving the extraordinary achievements and success of the company.

Klaus Langschied brings a wealth of experience as an engineer specializing in power generation and transmission. He has successfully managed and implemented projects involving transmission lines, substations, and hydro and gas power plants, utilizing his expertise in planning, design, and site management.

One of his key strengths lies in his extensive involvement in international procurement procedures within the development bank bank-financed projects. He is well-versed in all aspects of procurement, from contract preparation to supervision, and has a proven track record in tender preparation, evaluation, planning, and optimization. Additionally, he has conducted feasibility and conceptual design studies, assessed costs, and ensured economic viability.
